Cancellation:

In the sad event of you having to cancel your booking after the balance has been paid, every effort will be made to relet the property at this short notice. If successful the monies secured for the new booking will be refunded to you. Otherwise we will charge the cancellation fees.

For reservations shorter than one week (inclusive one week), you will receive a full refund if your reservation is canceled more than two weeks before arrival. There is a one night penalty charge for canceling seven to forteen days before arrival and a 50% penalty charge applies for cancellation within six days. Cancellations on the day of arrival, or early departures which are not the fault of Apartments JB , are not eligible for any refund.

For reservations longer than one week, you will receive a full refund if your reservation is canceled more than one month before arrival.

• Cancellations 14 - 30 days prior to arrival - 20 % of the total amount
• Cancellations 1 – 2 weeks prior to arrival - 50 % of the total amount
• Cancellations less than one week prior to arrival - the total amount

All cancellations or reservation changes must be done in written form. If the cancellation fees are lower than the deposit the difference will be paid back to the client.
